Beloved husband, brother, and uncle. It is with very heavy hearts we announce the sudden unexpected passing of a great man. Taken away from us way to soon, Mark Vincent Eadicicco passed away on April 3, 2020, at Richmond University Medical Center.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Elma, sister, Vanessa Falanga and husband, Antonio, along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Mark was born on Nov. 16, 1956, to Palma and Vincent Eadicicco in St. George, Staten Island. He attended St. Peter's Boys elementary school followed by St. Peter's Boys High School. He also attended and graduated from the College of Staten Island and successfully went on to the Police Academy. He became a police officer for the NYPD, then he worked for Customs border control and finally worked for the United States Postal Office.
Mark, known to us as "Unkie," was a real Patriot to this country. One of his favorite holidays was the 4th of July. He loved the fireworks, barbecues, and being with the family. He would wait all year with anticipation for this one day. He was a real old-time American who loved to play baseball, being outdoors, hunting, traveling on road trips with his wife, cruising, and spending time with family and friends. A true family man who loved his nieces and nephews as his own children.
Mark will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He will always be remembered and never forgotten. He showed what a real kind, caring, and compassionate person should be. He will forever be loved and is now finally reunited with his father Vincent and mother Palma in heaven.
A private burial is being held by his family and a celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
