Mary was the beloved wife of the deceased Pasquale Giustino for 69 years.
She is survived by her son Pasquale Giustino and daughter-in -law Patricia, her daughter Susan Varvara and son-in-law Anthony Varvara, and daughter Domenica Giustino.
Mary has five grandchildren along with their spouses, Joseph and Jennifer Giustino, Joseph and Lauren Varvara, Taylor and Thomas Baroz, Steven and Christina Giustino, and John Marcus Mantione.
She has eight beautiful great- grandchildren Daniella Giustino, Casey Varvara, Luca Giustino, Leonardo Varvara, Joseph Giustino, Jr, Thoedore Baroz, Gemma Giustino, and Anthony Giustino.
Mary was one of 11 children from Domenico & Mary Simeone, she is survived by her sister Concetta and her deceased brother- in law Mario Giacalone. She now joins her beloved siblings and their spouses Joseph & Monica Simeone, Annie & Angelo Corsaro, Albert & Elizabeth Simeone, Carmella & Joseph Gaeta, Rose & Roy Montemarano, Louis Simeone, Louise & Warren Tiedge, Neil Simeone, and Victor & Gladys Simeone.
She is also survived by her siblings through marriage Emilia Fischetti, Maria Giustino, Maria Guarante, Geraldine & Richard Fischetti, and John & Paula Giustino and those who preceded her in death included her mother & father in law Assunta & Joseph Giustino, Anthony Giustino, Carmine Giustino, Antonio Fischetti, Nunzio & Anna Giustino, and Angelo Giustino. She will be remembered fondly by the many friends, nieces, and nephews with whom she regularly corresponded and shared her love and wisdom.
Mary enjoyed reminiscing about her early life in Brooklyn, going to dances where she met her husband. She held several positions within the insurance industry, including working as a bookkeeper for a textile company, before embracing the role she cherished most – being a devoted Mother. In her later years, she enjoyed watching her Daily Masses on EWTN & Hallmark movies and doing Word Search Puzzles. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She held heartfelt gratitude for the many Nurses, Physicians and Caregivers who cared for her with compassion and dignity.
Mary had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel like family, and her love left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
