

After graduating from McKee High School in 1982, he started a career in plumbing and carpentry and became known for having “hands of gold”.
He moved to Pennsylvania some 15 years ago. During this time, he continued to work in the plumbing industry at the Wernersville State Hospital. He also met his soulmate, Anita Quallio, and they shared a beautiful life together until his passing. He enjoyed building household items from scratch which include bed frames, shelving and most recently his desk.
Michael is survived by his partner, Anita Quallio; father, Nicholas Conti; brother and sister-in-law, Nick and Kim Conti; brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Cathy Conti; sister and brother-in-law, Michele Conti and Kevin Brake; along with 5 nephews, 4 nieces, 5 great nephews, and 4 great nieces. He is also survived by Aunts, Josephine Marciglano, Louise Conti, and Lillian Marciglano (Godmother). He is greatly missed by their loving cat “Boo Boo”. He was very much loved by Anita’s family, her mother Joan Quallio, brother and sister-in-law, Rich & Trina, and brother and sister-in-law, Jere and Kim. Lastly, he is survived by numerous cousins and friends. May he never be forgotten.

Memorial Services/Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 from 4:00 - 8;00 pm at Harmon Funeral Home. 571 Forest Ave., Staten Island, NY 10310.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 11 am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1091 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310.
