Michele Ann Hoey (Nee D’Angelo) “Dick Clark” of Port Richmond passed peacefully June 19, 2024. Born and raised in Staten Island, she attended P.S 21, I.S 51, and Port Richmond Highschool. Michele worked at the Visiting Nurse Association in the billing department. She also worked at Rose Towne Deli and Bella Vita. Michele spent many years working for her Dad Jimmy, “The Goose” at his tow Company 3 J’s Towing alongside her brother Joseph. Michele loved to cook, make people laugh, and always offered the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it. But what she loved most of all was being around her family. Growing up she was always around her cousins and Aunt’s making memories to last them a lifetime such as the yearly gathering to make fresh tomato sauce, birthdays, holiday family gatherings or just to sit on the porch with her cousins or Aunt’s. “Family is what it’s about” was her favorite thing to say. Michele was a devoted mother, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and most importantly, friend. She enjoyed taking care of those she loved and it always showed through her selfless actions. To know her was to know that she was truly one of a kind and always knew how to make everyone in the room laugh. Michele was preceded in death by her parents Barbara D’Angelo (Nee Sursi) and James “Jimmy The Goose” D’Angelo. She is survived by her husband Christopher, daughter Barbara Rose. Her brothers Joseph, James (Pamela), nieces Julianna and Alexis, her nephews Joseph and James. Visitation will be held at Casey Funeral Home Monday July 1, 2024 from 2pm-9pm.
