

Born Mildred Wade in Brooklyn, she moved to Great Kills when she was 3 years old. She lived in West Brighton and settled in Castleton Corners in the 1970's, until she entered the nursing home in 2009.
Mrs. Liozzi was a homemaker.
She graduated from Curtis High School.
Mrs. Liozzi enjoyed listening to music, gardening and spending time with family.
She was a parishioner of St. Teresa's R.C. Church, Castleton Corners.
Her husband of 30 years, Anthony Liozzi, died in 1965. She also was preceded in death by her daughter, Ellen Pettinato, in 2001.
Surviving are her son, Bruce; a daughter, Beverley LaMonte; her sister, Myrtle Reaman; two grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
The funeral will be Saturday from the Casey Funeral Home, Castleton Corners, with a mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Teresa's. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Brighton.
