Nicholas T. Petrecca

Nicholas T. Petrecca, beloved father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, mentor, & friend, died quietly in his Livingston home on April 13, 2021. Nick was the owner of Laidlaw Ornamental Inc., a well-established family business located in West Brighton. When he was younger he enjoyed hunting and being a member of the Moose Lodge. He always opened his home to family and friends and enjoyed helping others. He is described by family and friends as being a truly kind man who contributed greatly to their lives with his generosity and knowledge. He will never be forgotten and will always be missed.

Nicholas Petrecca is survived by his loving children Dorajean and Nicholas Jr., his daughter-in-law Lauren, granddaughter and his future son-in-law Ryan. He is also survived by his loving mother Dolores Petrecca, and his sisters Marinetta Paone and Lucy Meglio and his brother-in-laws Vincent Paone and Anthony Meglio. In addition he is survived by many nieces and nephews. Nicholas was predeceased by his wife, Debra Petrecca and his father Domenico Petrecca. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. on April 18, 2021, at Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Avenue, S.I.,N.Y. 10310. Funeral service will be at St. Charles R.C. Church, 200 Penn Ave, S.I., N.Y., 10306 with entombment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.
