

Patricia was the devoted mother of Tricia Roda and her husband John, Peggy Sweeney, and Jack Scanlon and his wife Elaine. She was the cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom brought her tremendous pride and joy.
Patricia graduated from Port Richmond High School and began her career at JP Morgan in Manhattan. After marrying and raising her three children, she returned to the workforce at South Beach Psychiatric Center,where she worked until her retirement in 2000.
Patricia lived a full and spirited life. She loved traveling with her husband, with one of her favorite adventures being whitewater rafting through the Grand Canyon. She enjoyed bowling and looked forward each year to her cherished Atlantic City trips on Super Bowl Sunday with her girlfriends. Patricia was known to her family for her sweet tooth and her love of ice cream and chocolate.
Above all, Patricia treasured time with her family, especially her great-grandson, and enjoyed special lunches with her devoted caretaker, Elizabeth, whose companionship meant so much to her.
Patricia will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and deep love for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
