Philmont Goldstein, 85, of Willowbrook, S.I., passed away Jan. 28, 2020, at Staten Island University Hospital North. Born in Boro Park, Brooklyn, he attended New Utrecht High School and City College of New York.
An Army veteran, he was a self-employed certified public accountant. His interests included the NY Giants, NY Rangers, NY Knicks, horse racing and video poker.
Philmont was married for over 52 years to his wife, Francine Goldstein. He was the father of Gregory (wife Lisa) Goldstein and the late Steven Goldstein.
Visitation is Thursday, Jan. 30, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home. Funeral is Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment is in St. Peter's Cemetery.
