Randi Manfred passed April 5, 2021 peacefully at the age of 56. She was born January 7, 1965 to Ruth and Saverio Manfredi on Staten Island. She attended PS 29, IS 27 and Susan Wagner HS. Immediately following her high school graduation Randi embarked on her career at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP. She was a word processor with them for over 30 years. Randi was known by all who knew her as a compassionate, loving and kind hearted person infatuated by Fiona and April – a baby hippo and baby giraffe she lovingly obsessed over since their births.

Randi was an amazing mother to her three wonderful daughters, Samantha, Jessica and Christina - they were the center of her universe – she loved them to the moon and back!

In addition to her daughters, Randi is survived by her mother, Ruth Manfredi, her siblings Doreen, Keith and Mark Manfredi, her sister’s in law Michele and Linda Manfredi as well as 12 nieces and nephews who she adored greatly. She was predeceased by her father, Saverio Manfredi.

I wish I could find the words to express how saddened I feel and how very sorry I am to hear of the passing of one of my very first friends from early childhood. Randi and I were school mates for many years, through P.S. 29 to I.S. 27 and all the way through Susan Wagner high school. To say her name is iconic to my childhood memories. Everybody knew Randi. She was always that one person, that one friend who was always smiling, always friendly and happy; even if so much time had gone by. You could pass her in the hallway and she was always so sweet. I was so happy to be able to follow her and interact with her on Facebook all these years. She was just such a nice person and it's so hard to accept she is gone. She certainly left her mark on all of us and she will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to her beautiful family. May her memory live within their hearts forever.

Dear Randi
There is a hole in in our hearts. I'll never forget anything especially from the first day we met. You held the bar high. And the love you supplied was unconditional. My words can't describe my feelings. Power and strength is obvious. Did I mention dedication? Thats a whole other category. May the grace of God and peace always prevail.
Miss you and love you

I worked with Randi in Cadwalader's word processing department for the last 20 years until I retired last July. We still kept in touch from time to time. Randi was so easy to talk to, such a strong, positive and fun-loving soul. You could not have a conversation that didn't reveal her true love and devotion to her three daughters and extended family.

I'm so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the beautiful memories of Randi and may she rest easy in the arms of angels.

Randi was a lovely presence at our firm. She was always helpful and enthusiastic and added a joyfulness and sense of humor to work that could otherwise be somewhat dreary (especially on those weekend shifts). My condolences to her family, friends and colleagues.

I knew Randi over a decade and a half ago when we were engaged in our individual medical battles. We both came through and Randi was always an inspiration to me. A treasured memory is of Christina visiting her mom at work when we took a walk through the forest of light outside the Winter Garden. What a delight to be with mom and her beautiful daughter. I think of Randi as a comrade-in-arms that I've lost. May her strength and light embrace all she loved forever.
