A visitation for Reginald will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310, followed by a funeral service from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
