

Robert Lipner, 79 a loving father passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Edger Rehabilitation where he was surrounded by his daughter and son-in-law. Robert, also known as "Bob" or "Bobby" by his family and friends now joins his wife of 50 years, Patricia Lipner (Nizza) in heaven.
He was the son of Oscar Lipner and Bessie Lipner-Schaffer (both deceased), treasured father of Roberta Hvidsten, most caring father-in-law to Christopher Hvidsten, loving brother to Lawrence Lipner (deceased) and cherished brother-in-law to Isabella Kruithoff, Patrick Kruithoff (deceased), Arlene Pidgeon, Walter Pidgeon, MaryAnn Crowley and Bob Crowley (deceased). He was also a doting uncle to his nieces and nephews and his grandniece who he adored with all of his heart. He is also survived by many loving long-time friends.
Robert spent over 55 years working on Wall Street. He had an extremely loving and caring nature and always enjoyed helping others. His famous saying was "No Problem"!!! His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was an extremely devoted husband and father. When he wasn't at work, you could always find him fixing something around the house. He was an incredible "handyman". Bob had a fond love for all kinds of food and was always talking about ways to prepare different meals. He loved to shop for groceries. He was an avid Yankees fan and loved nothing more than to sit and watch a game with his wife.
His burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
