Bob and John were my neighbors on Wright st until we moved in 2016. My family and I are deeply saddened to hear of their passing. They were truly caring people. They looked in on my mother and brought her delicious food on holidays. We also spent several movie nights with our children at their home when Irene knocked out our power for a week.
You both will be missed!!

Tom and I and and our kids are SO utterly heartbroken. We had been friends for over 25 years. We have so many wonderful memories with Robert and with John... the boys from Staten Island.. Robert, our dear friend, your absence as well as John’s has left a big void in our lives. We loved you and it was our great honor to have been numbered among your friends. May you Rest In Peace with Our Risen Lord, with all the Saints in Heaven, with John, in a place of light, where there is no suffering or sorrow, but Life everlasting. Until we meet again... ☦️🙏🏻💙

I'm so sorry! Three of us were doing call-in Vespers. Robert used to join us. He was returning calls last week. We didn't know!
He loved little Shadow. I pray that someone in the family will give her a home.
I am so sorry.

I am so sorry and heartbroken from having received this very sad news. I wish to send my most sincere and deepest condolences to the family of Robert (Bob) Perosi. I was already very saddened at the news of John having passed away this past November. I remember having met Bob in the late 1980's and we remained great friends, personally and professionally.
Bob, you will be very sorely missed and never forgotten. May you rest in peace!!

I met Bob and John in the early nineties on Staten Island. Bob was a sweet soul and did me many favors over the years. We had been talking often in the past few weeks so I was shocked to hear of his passing. He is with his maker now. Rest in Peace Bob. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to Bob's family and friends. I met Bob on a work related project in 1988. He was not only a friend but a man of great faith. There is much sadness knowing that he and John are no longer with us.
May eternal rest be granted to Bob and John and may perpetual light shine upon them.

I can’t believe that we have lost both John AND Robert within a couple of months of each other. I remember those New Year’s Parties, held on New Year’s Day. I remember Lucky the Dog at the apartment on Van Duzer & that blue-green colored bathroom. Robert used to call me at Westinghouse Evening HS, & entertained me for half an hour before I had to go upstairs & teach.
We shared a love of Dark Shadows. Bob always made me laugh. I can’t repeat here half the things he said to me that left me in stitches.
Bob left an indelible mark on my life.

I have so many memories growing up next door , we shared so many laughs, and some bad times too. I was blessed to know you and call you friend. You were always in my heart Bobby my friend.
Listening to Pink Floyd, Yes, Zappa in your room, going to how many Frank Zappa Concerts The group bigger every year. The ELP Tarkus you did on John’s bedroom wall, a masterpiece .
Watching Saturday night Live in your living room hysterical through the show. The camping trips, just hanging talking about life.
My 17th birthday you, John, Ang, Kenny driving with Wild Bill trying to take Kenny home you laugh every time you told the story. Your laugh. You had a good heart and soul.....I had missed you when I tried to reconnect and will miss you til we meet again. Your up there back with your partners in crime . Love you friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was a very important part of my sister, Lorraine Curtis’s life. From her talking about him, I learned about his sincerity and kindness and it was such an honor to finally meet him. He went through my sister’s illness and comforted me after her death. I would like to think they are now together and making each other laugh as they always did. May your memories help you through this difficult time and know he looks down with love. RIP, sweet Bob...love, Debbie
