Rose M. Carrozza from Brooklyn NY passed away on Thursday June 11, 2020 at the age of 81, in Jupiter Florida.

Rose loved to spend time with family. She was a published poet and used poetry to express her feelings and thoughts about herself, her experiences and the way she perceived the world. You could always find Rose enjoying her seeded cookies dipped in a glass of red wine & soda.

Rose is survived by her siblings, Josephine DiBenedetto, Vincent Carrozza (Jimmy), John Carrozza, Eugene Carrozza, Madeline Castellano, Yolanda Monteleone, Roy Carrozza, Salvatore Carrozza, Carmelo Carrozza Jr. , Paula Lombardo and many nephews and nieces. Rose was predeceased by her brother Anthony Carrozza and sister Lucy Risitano.

She will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery's Westminster Crypt in Brooklyn NY.

When I met Rosie she told me she wrote poetry. I bought her book of poetry on my Kindle. This seemed to make her happy. We talked about her book. Rosie was always sweet to me and Bob and always had a smile on her face. Bob and I were blessed to meet her. Our condolences.
