Fred, you’ll be deeply missed. Thank you for the laughs, the memories, nerding out with me over tech stuff, and for always being family in every sense of the word. Rest in peace, cousin.

My sincere condolences to Fred’s family and friends. Fred was the real deal—dedicated, thoughtful, and incredibly generous with his knowledge.  
It has been a privilege to work with Fred. I will miss his insight, kindess, and our conversations.  My thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this very difficult time.

My deepest condolences to Fred's family, especially his amazing wife Arlene and his sons. It was my honor to work with Fred at WarnerMedia/Warner Bros. Discovery. Fred was the kindest, most authentic and positive person I have ever met. The one common theme you heard over the years, and even today, was that Fred cared. And those who knew him, knows he not only cared about doing an excellent job for the company, but he cared about the people and the relations and always doing the right thing. You never had to challenge Fred's motives or his actions or his work, as he ensure it was always about the right thing to do. Fred was more than a colleague, he was a friend. I will definitely miss him and I pray I see him again.

Fred, your kindness, patience, and quiet wisdom will be dearly missed by everyone at the Warner/HBO family.  Rest in peace my dear friend.

My deepest condolences to Fred's wife, 2 sons and extended family and friends.   I was truly heartbroken to hear the sad news about my old pal.

 I  worked with Fred for many years at HBO and during the "EIS" years.  Fred took his work very seriously, was very dedicated, super smart and patient.   But he also managed to have fun and I have so many fond memories of  working with him.   We had a lot of laughs!

 I often chanted "Sig-FRAY-do" , when I walked into his office,  when I found out his birth name was Sigfredo.  I thought it had a great ring to it. :)

Most importantly, Fred was so kind to everyone.   He  would often say "God Bless" , and I know that he meant it.   There wasn't a mean bone in his body.    I loved hearing his family stories and he was so proud of his sons.   It was clear that he was an amazing father.    

I last saw my old buddy at the Keg Room last year, for an HBO gathering.   I was so happy to see him and glad that I have good memories of that night and couple of pictures.   

May he rest in peace through eternity and I will pray for his soul.

My sincere condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of a truly one-of-a-kind man and co-worker.  Although I had only known Fred for a short time as a colleague at Warner Bros. Discovery, he made a lasting impression on me. Fred interviewed me for my current position, and from that very first conversation, I could tell that he was a man with a deep passion for his work, his family, and the people around him.

Fred was a driving force behind excellence on our team. He was full of wisdom about people, processes, and leadership, and he genuinely wanted to see all of us succeed. He shared his knowledge freely and always encouraged us to be better.

What stood out most was how proudly Fred spoke about his wife and children. He often reminded us of what mattered most to him—“Family First.” That statement truly reflected the man he was.

Fred will be deeply missed, but his impact, wisdom, and legacy will live on in all of us who had the privilege of knowing him. I believe Fred would want us to continue moving forward, keep striving for excellence, and look ahead toward brighter days.

At HBO Fred was always being there for all his co-workers including me. Whether we were sharing breakfast in his office listening to music, or catching up over lunch and celebrating the holiday season, his presence always made the day special. Fred was a one-of-a-kind person who loved his family deeply and spoke of his kids with endless pride. He possessed a rare gift for words, explaining everything with perfect grace and clarity. He was loved by everyone who knew him, and we will all miss his kindness, his wisdom, and the perfect way he expressed himself. He will be truly missed.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Fred's passing. I had the privilege of working alongside Fred at Warner Bros and I always looked up to him. I will always remember his kindness and the great example he set as a professional. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. He will be remembered so fondly.

I only knew Fred for a few months and I am so lucky that I got the privilege to meet him in person in Atlanta for a workshop.  He had a passion for ServiceNow and told me more than I ever wanted to know about Change Management (LOL).  Just a great guy who will be deeply missed.  Praying for strength and comfort to the family during this difficult time.

Hey Fred,

Though I knew you only for last 8-9 months but I always felt we were connected from long. You were a great human and a perfect colleague who always spoke good for others. You never got into any office politics and always looked at the positive side of everything. Thank you always for giving me short advices at times and guiding me to take the right decisions at the right time. I know you are not there in physical form any more for pious souls like you don’t go away. They remain for ever to light others life.

Fred, was a warm and friendly person.  I worked with him at HBO.  He always had nice things to say about his co-workers and you could always count on him when you needed him.  He will be missed by everyone that knew him.

For almost 11 years, our professional journey was connected through work. Your guidance, support, and encouragement helped me immensely throughout those years, and I will always be grateful for everything I learned from you.

Last December, I couldn’t make it to New York, and sadly, I never got the chance to meet you in person. But I’m thankful that we could still connect over a call and during our office Zoom meeting. I never imagined those conversations would become such precious memories.

I remember spending time at his home with the family. Playing in his back yard as a child with Jaedon and my siblings. We always had a great time with Uncle Freddie and Aunt Arlene. It’s a blessing to see the great men that Jaedon and Michael are with his love and guidance as a dad.  He was truly a great influence, tough, intelligent man and an amazing father. What he has given to this life truly speaks for itself. I’m glad my children; his nephew and niece got to meet him. I love you all. Rest in paradise Uncle Freddie, you are truly missed.
