OBITUARY
Stephanie N. Bennetti
February 16, 1971 – February 8, 2021
Stephanie Nicole Bennetti, 49, of Staten Island, New York died Monday, February 8th, 2021. Stephanie was a wonderful, strong woman that was deeply loved and is greatly missed by family and friends. She will always be cherished. Her story started on February 16, 1971, the youngest child to Joanne and Frank and loving younger sister to Debra Bennetti. Stephanie graduated from Susan Wagner High School and then attended College of Staten Island. In recent years, she was an IT Specialist for Empire State Bank in Staten Island where she found a home and countless friends. Dedicated to helping and supporting animals was her passion. She took extreme pride in her pup Zeus and would make sure to support the local animal rescues nearby. Stephanie loved music, laughter and playful joking with friends and family. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that you contribute to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a charity near and dear to her heart.

My sincere condolences to Stephanie's family. I'm very sad that Stephanie has left us so early. We met in 1999 when Stephanie interviewed me. Later she came to work in the London office and we had great times together. I have some really fun memories of her. We shared a love of our doggos; she was Super Woman mum to her furry friends. Stephanie was a funny, clever and unique lady and will be missed by many. Gone but not forgotten. With a sad heart, Susan

I met Stephanie when she came to London, on secondment, and we had some great laughs together. Latterly we chatted about dogs and I loved seeing her pictures of Alex, Amber, Duke and Zeus. She had a great zest for life and I am saddened that she will no longer be with us. My thoughts are with her family at this awful time.

Stephanie was a very sweet person she was comforting me when my dad was not doing good in the hospital from Covid. She had so much concern that day. She was so concerned about her parents. When she would talk about her dog when she would come to the Newburgh branch you could see the love in her eyes. She will be very much missed . God bless you and say hi to my dad for me.

Although I've never met Stephanie in real life, we were friends through social conduits, with our shared love of radio, and show hosting. I spoke to her on the phone, and was proud to call her my friend. She was effervescent, and teemed with a unique humor that could make even the saddest person laugh.
It was a privilege and honor to have known Stephanie. π Fly high with the angels, Stephanie.
I know you're going to light up the sky with your beautiful soul. β

My cousin Stephanie was a lot older than me so I didn't have the privilege of really knowing her until later in life. I'm so glad that we had the chance to get to know one another and truly connect. It turns out we were a lot alike and shared the same interests and sense of humor. You were taken way too soon but I know if anyone can visit their loved ones from heaven it will certainly be you.
Love,
Cousin Marissa & son Justin

I have so many great memories of Stephanie. Growing up and her showing me her music collection and video games. She was always the cool older cousin. I always felt at home around her. Her awesome sense of humor. She always irradiated confidense and beauty. My earliest memory of her was hanging out in her room seeing her put together her unique style and thinking how cool and gorgeous my cousin is. She will always be our Wonder Woman.

Although we were only internet friends, Stephanie was a loving, strong, intelligent woman. She impressed everyone she met and had a legion of friends. I will miss her smile and her outgoing personality.
She is with God now in Heaven. As long as we remember her, she is still with us. My condolences to Frank and Joanne.

I met stephanie about 11 years ago at a paranormal convention in New York. She sat at our table and interviewed my daughter for her radio show. I sent her a friend request on facebook and she accepted it and we have been friends ever since . We talked on the phone a couple of times s month and she could always make me laugh. I will miss our phone conversations and her great sense of humor. Rest in Peace my friend. Until we meet again

Growing up, Stephanie was always a friendly girl, I remember she was always a happy kid. As we grew up, everyone grew apart as they started their own lives. I wish I could have spent more time getting to know her. May she rest in God's peace. Cousin Joseph
