Stephen RAFFONE
March 26, 1956 – January 8, 2021
Stephen Raffone, 64 Co-owned Raffone Forest Inn Restaurant Stephen Raffone, 64, passed away on Jan. 8, 2021, after a long illness. A remeberance service was held on Monday, evening, Jan. 11, at Harmon's Funeral Home. Cremation will follow on Friday, Jan. 15. Stephen was an entrepeneur from his teenage years, culminating with his proud ownership of Raffone Forest Inn Restaurant, which he owned with his rothers David and Mark. He is survived by his devoted mother, Irene Zarelli, and his brother, David. He was predeceased brother, Mark. He is also survived by and nephews, David, Mark, Jason, Nicholas, and many cousins and friends. If desired, donations can be made to Meals on Wheels of Staten Island
