

Teresa Naso loving wife of Vincenzo of Todt Hill died Thursday August 27, at home surrounded by her family. Born in Avellino, Italy, as Teresa Montuori, she immigrated to America in 1952 and settled in Staten Island in 1967.
Teresa was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her passion was cooking famous Italian dishes for family and friends. She especially enjoyed cooking for her large family on Friday night gatherings. When she wasn’t cooking, she found great joy throwing the dice at the crap table or playing the slot machines in Atlantic City. She was a devout Catholic, who found great comfort in praying the rosary and attending mass at St. Teresa Church. She also travelled many summers to her beautiful town in Italy to visit her siblings and their families. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Along with her husband , Vincenzo, she is survived by her children Dominick, Maria, Frank and their spouses . She was predeceased by her son, Anthony Pigno in 2016. She is also survived by her six grandchildren: Jonathan , Andrew, TheresaMarie, Meagan, Teresa, and Vincent.
Funeral arrangements by Casey Funeral Home . Visitation Sunday August 30th, 2pm-6pm.
Mass at St. Teresa Church Monday August 31st 9:45 am followed by a burial at Moravian Cemetery.
