Brian, Doug, and Glen...  I was so sad to hear that Terry lost her battle with coronavirus, but please know that my thoughts  and sympathy are with you.

My Dear Aunt Tessie,
There are so many fond memories of you that it is so hard to select just one.  But the first I remember is  when I was in grammar school and slept over your home on Ronald Ave.  In the morning, you were brushing my hair in front of the bathroom mirror. You said " I always wanted a little girl." I asked you why you didn't keep trying for a girl and you laughed and said three boys were quite enough. I knew then, we had a bond, you cared for me and I you.
I now think of you and Uncle Frank and remember him too. As a child, I hugged him goodnight, as a tear dripped down my face. I said to him "you look like my dad." He said, "Oh yea, you miss your dad", and I said "Yes I do".  He smiled and kissed my forehead and said goodnight.  He looked at you and you both chuckled.  You took my hand and tucked me in bed. You kissed my forehead and said goodnight.
Always there and time moved on.  You both have filled the void in my heart when my parents died so long ago. We talked about them together and you sat with me as I cried. You and Uncle Frank's heart's were sad and broken together with Scott's and mine. We reminisced about the many camper trips and the barbecue's we  loved. You  discussed God with me and Scott, and said someday we would all be together once again. I asked if you were sure about that and you both said "it has to be" and you both said, "we hope so".
Now I write with Scott here as well,  we hope we will see you, both once again. We shared so many wonderful memories.
Mom told me she will always be with me when she is gone but my heart would be forever broken. Once again I know hearts are broken . You will always be with us, always like my parents, Michael  and Uncle Frank .
Though so many are  broken, memories keep the heart beating. We will all go on never forgetting your smile, your soft laughter and the love a mom shares.
