
Uncle Tom was like a second father to me growing up.  We lived close by and visited often.  Uncle Tom helped me build my first club house, built a basketball court for me in our driveway,  helped me build a music studio in my parents basement and more.. he didn’t just do this for me, he taught me how to use tools and common sense.
 he was a great teacher and I looked up to him. (...Yes literally too :)

Besides all of this I have many fond memories of us visiting Uncle Tom, Aunt Joan, and all of my cousins.

Uncle Tom and my dad were very close. They spoke on the phone just about every day. 
I miss my dad, and now uncle tom.  A great man who lived a full a life and will be missed.  I’m thankful I was able to see him and aunt Joan not long ago, and more recently we had a very nice long phone conversation.   He’s at peace with Joan now. 

Regrettably I won’t be able to get to NY for the services  but send out big love to all my family and friends.  I hope to see everyone very soon.
