
Victoria (Vicki) Greenly of Brewster, MA passed away peacefully at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, MA on March 24, 2017. Vicki was born on
October 26, 1920 to Joseph and Mary (Fionda) Terito in Manhattan. She was brought to Meiers Corners, Staten Island as an infant and lived there until her
marriage to Theodore M. Greenly in 1948. Vicki lived in the Todt Hill Projects until 2001 when she moved to N. Eastham, Cape Cod, MA and eventually to
Pleasant Bay Nursing Center where she was lovingly cared for until her death.
Vicki graduated from McKee High School in 1938. She worked as a teacher/clerk at P.S. 26 in Travis, then in 1940 as a Senior Library Clerk at the Port
Richmond branch of the New York Public Library and also on the Bookmobile which served several communities on Staten Island until 1952. She was a
homemaker until 1964 when she became employed by the National Maritime Union as a Claims Representative until she became disabled in 1974.
Vicki enjoyed bowling on several Ladies and Mixed leagues on Staten Island. She also enjoyed dancing, reading, sewing and cooking. She was famous for her
spaghetti and meatballs and her Italian spaghetti soup. While living in Cape Cod she enjoyed going to the Orleans/Eastham Elks Lodge with her sister, Evelyn
where she made many friends who became her extended family.
Vicki was predeceased by her companion of 28 years, Alfonso White and her brother, John R. Terito. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki-Lynn (Victoria)
Elliott (Chuck Pulver), two Grandsons, Randy E. Kilts II (Sharon), Kevin J. Kilts (Jeannie), a Granddaughter, Terri L. Kilts, and 9 Great Grandchildren, her
sister, Evelyn M. Sharp and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Friday, March 31, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at the Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Avenue, Staten Island, NY. Funeral is Saturday,
April 1 at 8:30 am at the funeral home before celebrating a Funeral Mass at 9:30 am at St. Teresa’s Church, 1634 Victory Blvd. Burial will follow at Ocean View
Cemetery, Staten Island.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Vicki’s memory can be made to the Orleans/Eastham Elks Lodge, 10 McKoy Rd, Eastham, MA 02642.
