Vincent served with the NYPD, working in several precincts in Brooklyn and Staten Island. He also worked in local drug stores. Throughout his life, he carried himself with steady courage and a deep sense of duty, offering his time and strength with quiet devotion and thoughtful care.
Vincent was happily married for 62 years to his wife, Michelina Imperato nee' Palladino, whom he met while employed at Geico. He was a beloved and loyal presence in the lives of his children, Donna (John), Vincent (Daniela), and Charles (Michelle), and a devoted grandfather to Ashley, John, Nicholas, Marco, Emma, and Jason.
More than anything, Vincent loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed hanging out on his porch with the neighbors, playing cards, and attending meetings as a member of the Verrazano 10-13 Association—simple, familiar moments that reflected the warmth he brought to others and the steadfast bonds he valued.
