Brenda Gail Hendrix

Brenda was a native and life-long resident of Statesboro and attended Statesboro High School. She retired from ITT Grinnell with over 18 years of service. She was a member of Merrywood Baptist Church and attended New Hope United Methodist Church. Brenda enjoyed working crossword puzzles and coloring and was preceded in death by her father, James Earl McKeehan, Sr.

She is survived by her mother, Emma Howell Johnson of Statesboro; brothers, Richard McKeehan and his wife, Rose of Statesboro and James Earl McKeehan, Jr. of Brooklet, sisters, Terri Walls and her husband, Jerry of Statesboro; Pam McKinney of Brooklet; Gwendolyn Sue McKeehan of Statesboro and Angela Lynn Rhodes and her husband, Lee of Savannah; aunts, Katie Smith and Deeny Dyches of Dothan, AL and many nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm Monday, March 20, 2017 in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

A graveside funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday in Bulloch Memorial Gardens with Reverend Jay Williams officiating.

Pallbearers will be Michael McCarty, Dillon Hayes, William Wayne, Ben Barker, Michael McKeehan and Josh McKeehan.
