Daniel "The Candy Man" J. Cronin

First Baptist Church of Statesboro and also a member of the Baracas Sunday School Class. Mr. Dan faithfully served the church for many years as an usher. He was known by all as “The Candy Man” whose pockets were always filled with Bob’s peppermints to be shared with children and adults alike. He was preceded in death by his wife Marie Cronin. The two together took great delight in sharing her hand made crocheted treasures with children during the holiday season.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 20th, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of First Baptist Church of Statesboro with Rev. Ricky Allen officiating.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 108 North Main Street, Statesboro, Georgia 30458.
