James Patrick Lee “Jimbo”, 16, passed away at his home March 24, 2018 after a tragic accident.
The Bulloch County native was a sophomore at Southeast Bulloch High School. Jimbo loved to hang out with friends, hunt, fish, ride his four wheeler, and watch NASCAR racing and college football on television. He had a huge heart, always putting the needs of others before his own. He was quick witted with a wonderful sense of humor. Being a quick learner, he was very talented; learning to weld was one his latest achievements. Jimbo loved working with Kev and Papa and spending time with his bloodhound , Big Boy Bo. He was a wonderful son, grandson, brother, and friend who will be deeply and forever missed.
Survivors include his parents, Stephanie and Kev Harrielson, Stilson; sisters, Lulani Davis and Anamaria Harrielson, Stilson; grandparents, Steve Lee(Papa)and Pia Lee (Nana), Stilson; great grandmother, Ruth Read, Bradington, FL; aunts, Cindy McCullum, Stilson, and Kathlene Davis, Brooklet; uncle, Duane Davis, Brooklet; and many cousins and friends.
A gathering of friends and family will be held Thursday evening from 6-9 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. at the Gethsemane Baptist Church, 1275 Old Thorn Pond Road Brooklet, Ga. 30415 with Pastors Lonnie Oglesby and Kenny Harrelson officiating. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Campbell, Mikie Turner, Jimmy Whitbeck, Will Moore, Coleman Conner and William Scott.
