At the age of 11 I walked across the street into her home were she and Mr.Todd Welcomed everyone and from that point on my life changed. We built a relationship like no other I have ever known. She would always say I will never see you again. When I graduated, married, had children, moved to Middleburg and yes even when I moved her to Statesboro. Nothing ever stopped me from seeing her. My last visit was a week before her birthday and it was sweet we hugged each other buy and as usual she told me how good my husband was and to be nice to that sweet boy. :) Her phone kept going out. But the week before she went in the hospital we had a God moment ( we have shared many of those) and as I called her sitting out in my driveway we spoke for about 25 and expressed how much we loved and depended on each other through all these years and argued about who was blessed more. We told each other bye and our last words were "I love You" She was my other mother, best friend, mentor and I will see her again. I think I will move into her mansion with her. LOL Thank you Jodi and Larry for sharing her with me all these years. There is an emptiness in my heart that won't be filled this side of heaven. I will always remember what she would tell me;" And this to shall pass". Rejoice! Rejoice! Sweet Friend.

Grandmother Todd will be forever missed but never forgotten.

Ms. Todd will be truly missed by Everyone on Hagans Lane at Southern Manor we loved her dearly.

We first met Mrs. Todd through Dr. Frank Catanzaro and his wife, Barbara Catanzaro. She was a precious woman and was such a joy to know! She was beautiful inside and out and wrote beautiful letters, tinged with a great wit! We will miss her until we see her again one day soon! We are praying for the family and hope that sweet memories will be in your "memory garden"!! ❤
Love and prayers to you all,
Mayor Richard Harrington and
Gaye Harrington

To close your eyes here and open them "there"---a place only a poet could put into words might cause us to wonder if the poet's words spoke of anything like the moment of the heaven experience our friend has had. The poet that we have admired and loved through the years, Lillian V. Todd, has entered the eternal home of Godly poets. She has, we presume, already met Job, David, Solomon and others whose faith, like hers, was in God the Savior. Barbara and I loved her and admired her poetic life. We will see her soon again. Thank you family for your love and careful care of our dear friend now with Christ, dwelling "in the house of the Lord, forever."

We are sorry! I know she will be missed. The Shue family, former members ofEHBC

Ms. Billie gave me a book of her poetry. I will treasure it! I love talking with her and hearing her stories. She didnt hold much back. She will be missed.

Momma Todd was a dear friend of ours for many years. Her kindness, support, and guidance to us, and to many youth at Ortega Baptist in Jacksonville, demonstrated her commitment to serving others and her Christian faith. She will remain in our hearts and memory always. Our love goes out to her family, especially Jody, John, Larry and Bobby Ann. She is in God's eternal care now. It is comforting to imagine her with Myrtle right now, exchanging stories, hugs, and smiles. With gratitude, Mary Helen, Karen and Polly
