Lorine Sims Smith

She was born September 20, 1929 to Settler and Louise Cribbs Sims in Bulloch County, where she lived most of her life. Mrs. Smith worked at Helena Chemical Company for 19 years and at Belk’s in Statesboro for 17 years. She enjoyed baking and sharing her baked goods with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ervin L. Smith.

She is survived by 2 sons and daughter-in-laws, Donnie and Pat Williams of Brooklet and Ronnie and Linda Williams of Monks Corner, SC; 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 10:00 AM until the funeral hour Thursday, in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, February 20 in the Chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with the Elder Keith Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Brooklet City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mike Sims, Max Sims, Ronnie Williams, Jr., Don Williams, Jr., James Sims and Zach Hall.
