My thoughts and prayers are with Vicki's family at this time. I truely enjoyed teaching with Vicki at Bryan County High School for many years. Her faith was an inspiration to all that knew her. After reading the posts on this site from her friends, parents of former students, and, most importantly, her former students.....it is obvious that her efforts as an educator, talents as a teacher and her dovation to her students will live on for many many years! RIP Vicki you are and will be missed. You are now free to travel to all of those wonderful places you made come alive to your students through literature and to the places you yourself dreamed of someday visiting. Happy travels Vicki.....until we meet again!

Not only were Vickie and I graduates of Tift College in '70 but we also sang and toured in Lee Collins' choir together, shared Dr. Sullivan's English classes together, and she was one of my bride's maids in June of 1970. My prayers go out to her family.
