William Hallmark

William Ray Hallmark, age 56, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 in Ogeechee Area Hospice, surrounded by his loving family.

Ray was born and raised in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He lived in Louisiana, MO for nine years before moving to Brooklet in May 2011. Ray worked as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator for most of his life and enjoyed traveling, boating, loved airplanes and riding motorcycles. He was a member of Old Fellowship Baptist Church.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents, William Albert and Deda Elizabeth Hartsfield Hallmark.

Ray is survived by his wife, Margie Hallmark of Brooklet; son, Brandon Hallmark and his wife, Haley of Summertown, TN; daughters, Bethany Farrier and her husband, AJ of Pulaski, TN; Heather Hawkins and her husband, Danel of Louisiana, MO; Holly Daniels and her husband, Charlie of Statesboro and Jillian Hallmark of Brooklet; brother, Ronnie Hallmark and his wife, Jennifer of Loreto, TN; sisters, Renee Watson and her husband, Mike of Mt. Pleasant, TN; Lorene White of Leoma, TN; Ellen Braswell and her husband, Eddie of Lawrenceburg, TN and Carol Hedgepeth and her husband, Gary of Lawrenceburg, TN; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held 1:30 to 3:00 PM Monday, November 27, 2017 in Old Fellowship Baptist Church, Immediately followed by the funeral service at 3:00 PM with Reverend Chuck Beaver officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
