Adam A. Smoluk, 82 years old of Statesville, passed away on September 26, 2016. Born on June 11, 1934 in Pottsville, PA to the late Adam D. and Elizabeth (Pollak) Smoluk. Adam was a Korean and Vietnam Wars Army Veteran proudly serving his country for 20 years and 18 years of civil service. Adam leaves behind his best friend and wife of 54 years, Helen (Sandlin) Smoluk; his son, Jeffery Smoluk of Statesville; his daughter, Sherri Horvath of Colona, IL; his sisters, Veronia Smoluk of NJ, Chris Arnold of NJ, JoAnn Baron of Pottsville, PA and Barbara Lehan of Harrisburg, PA. Adam will be interred privately at Salisbury National Cemetery with honors. Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Smoluk family.
