

She was born September 7, 1915, in Wilkes County and was the daughter of the late Steve and Flossie Privette St. John. After many years of service, she retired from Hedrick Manufacturing Company and formerly attended Diamond Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and quilting and spending time at Lakewood Park.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Woodrow Pope and Willard Hollar; an infant son, L.P. St. John; a sister, Eva St. John; and two brothers, Stoy and Clay St. John.
Addie is survived by two sisters, Hazel Smoot of Statesville and Iris Ostwalt of Troutman; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with Dr. Donald L. Horton officiating. Burial will follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
