Mr. Alvin Alexander Deal

He was a native of San Atonia, TX. born January 7, 1957 and was the son of the late Charles and Lillie Bell Halford Deal.

Mr. Deal was disability retired and had served both in the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy.

He is survived by one daughter: Tabatha Southerland, one brother: Charles Deal, Jr. of Baltimore, Md., one sister: Patsy Moore (Donald) of Statesville, two grandsons, three nephews and one niece.

In additon to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Linda Jolly.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with the Revs. William Wease and Ron McAllister officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery with full military honors accorded at the graveside by the Iredell County Veterans Council Burial Detail. The family will receive friends this evening (Tuesday) from 7 until 8:30 at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.
