Carolyn was the best music teacher, so patient and always so kind. She taught me and my brother to play piano and read music. She always had that sweet smile, even though she must have been tired after a long day. Anytime I would see her after many years she still talked about our music days. She was such a special lady! She shared her gifts with others and was known for her wonderful music she played. My sympathy to you all at this time. I know you will miss her. I will miss her too. Love to you all, Ann Barker Scruggs

Tony and Shirley,
Carolyn was always so sweet, even when she told Chuck to practice more and not play by ear. He learned a lot from her and we have been blessed by knowing her and your family. We're remembering you at this time of loss.
