I really enjoyed seeing the pictures of Uncle Ed's life. We met him a few times when he came to Montana--quite a character. He sure looked like my Grandma Staffie!!!

My Dad, Jack Barker worked with "Pony" at the Auto Auction. He considered him a very special friend. He told me many times how he and Pony would share Army and Navy stories, and what an interesting man he was. Daddy and I visited Pony at his home after his wife passed away. Daddy was so concerned about Pony and encouraged him to come back to work to be with all his friends at the Auction. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I know as with my Dad, you will have an emptiness in your hearts that will never be filled. We cherish those special memories of our Dads. God Bless you, Ann Barker Scruggs
