Ethel Harriett Sundman

Born in Escanaba, Michigan, on January 15, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Evelyn Wells Fezatte. She was a homemaker, a member of the New Beginning Worship Center, a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, a dedicated Christian. She especially enjoyed time with her family, fishing and gardening. On June 12, 1937, she married Mr. William Sundman who preceded her in death on August 6, 2000.

Survivors include four sons, Kenneth Sundman of Traverse City, Michigan, Roger (Cork) Sundman of Statesville, John Sundman of Jacksonville, Fla. and Brian (Chip) Sundman of Statesville, two daughters, Janice Gossan of Grand Haven, Michigan and Annette Gentry of Niles, Michigan along with 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Services celebrating her life will be conducted at 11:00 Thursday at Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Fuller, Jr. and Dr. Al Gossan officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.
