

She was a native of Lexington, N.C. born October 23, 1923 and was the daughter of the late Grady Hill and Fannie Mae McGee Lewis. Mrs. Holland had retired from Fieldcrest Cannon and was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers: Swindale, Grady Hill, Jr., Floyd Hill and James Lee Lewis, and one sister: Grace Ersel Koontz.
She is survived by her husband: Richard Medford Holland, one son: John Baxter Troutman, III of Houston, Tx. one daughter: Billie Ann Lorbacher of Garner, N.C., one step son: Keith Lyle Holland of Olin, N.C., brothers: Richard Ireland Lewis, Bill Ervin Lewis, and Donald Ray Lewis, as well as six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with the Revs. William Wease and Bobby Henderson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in the Union Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
