Born on March 31, 1989 in Rochester, New York, he is the son of Richard Di Stefano and the late Jayne Nolte Di Stefano. Jason was a loving son, brother and boyfriend. He was a great cook, inspired chef and a passionate fan of the New York Buffalo Bills.
Left to cherish his memory is his father, Richard Di Stefano; brother, Eric Di Stefano; loving girlfriend, Aileen Echevarria and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jason will be loved and dearly missed by family and friends.
