Jessie Trivette Matlock, 93, of Statesville, North Carolina, passed away on February 9th, 2022. Jessie was born on September 28th, 1928, to the late Vernon and Charlotte Goodman Eades in Catawba County, North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter; Kimberly Bustle, and great-grandchildren; Tiffany Martin and Brady Grubs, sisters; Mary Neil and Betty Eades, brothers; Leroy, Robert Eades, and Jason Goodman.
Those left to remember her are daughter; Caroline Houston, grandchildren; Tammy Moehlenpah, Gina Shumaker, Cassaundra Hefner, Ellen Patrick, Harold Bustle Jr, and Corella Grubs, great-grandchildren; Michael Bustle, Derrick Bustle, Brian Bustle, Kelly Martin, Justin Houston, Jordan Houston, and Ana Martin, and great-great-grandchildren; Brianna Kalata, Thomas Bustle, Aspen Hampton, Laylah Bustle, Issac Bustle, Bruce Bustle, Chandler Houston, Kameron Houston, Torrie, Lance, and Joe Patrick, sister; Patty Coffey, brothers; Steven Eades, Bobby Eades, and Billy Goodman.
Serving as pallbearers are Derrick Bustle, Brian Bustle, Justin Houston, Wren Patrick, William Jones, and Robert Elam.
Services celebrating Jessie’s life will be held Monday February 14th, 2022 from 5-7 pm for visitation, and Tuesday February 15th, 2022 at 12pm for funeral. The funeral service will be led by Brian Eades. Services are to be held at Bunch Johnson Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens.
