He was born August 21, 1958, in Ashtabula, Ohio, and was a son of the late James Harvey and Mabel Beatrice Mullins Waldron.
He is survived by his sister, Sandra "Sandy" (Kenny) Beach of Front Royal, VA; and a brother, Mark Steven Waldron of Stony Point.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
