He was born May 24, 1944, in Gastonia, NC, and was the son of the late William H. Cook, Jr. and the late Violet Mauney Cook. He was retired owner and operator of Cook Exterminating Company.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at the National Cemetery in Salisbury.
