Ray and I are very saddened for your loss. Just this past month, Ray was talking about calling Mike when Zimmer let him go, and taking him to Mocksville to go fishing. We always LOVED getting some of Mike's famous beef jerky and peanut brittle!!! Ray has SO MANY great memories made with Mike over the years. He will be missed and we love you all and are sending blessings and prayers your way!!

Nita,  So sorry to hear of Mike's passing.  He was such a sweet guy and always willing to give a helping hand to me when he and I worked together at Zimmer.  He was a great cook and I would love when he came in with new recipes from Justin Wilson.  And who can forget his famous peanut brittle?  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. So very sorry to hear the news of Mike's passing. I remember Mike as a fine gentlemen and a great smile. He was a good man and I know he will be greatly missed. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. May the good Lord be with you in these difficult times.

Mike will be missed by all. He was a kind and gentle spirit. My prayers go out to Nita and the family to comfort them during this sad time. We will always remember Mike and his passion for cooking. He was so happy when he had the time to fish, hunt, work in his garden, or cook a special dinner for the family. Mike will be forever in our fond memories.

I'm sorry to get the news of Mikes passing. I worked with him at Zimmer. I remember he always liked to cook and introduced me to some strange, but good food. Every time I hear or see the words "Andouille Sausage", I think of Mike...I remembered that was one of his favorite things to prepare.
