

Norman was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia Jean Toney Martin; daughter, Kimberly Kellene Kiff Feaster; brothers, Cecil, Bill, and Davie Martin; sisters, Mary Owens and Mable Rowe; brothers-in-law, James Rowe and Wetzel Owens; and sisters-in-law, Ruth Martin and Sharon Martin.
He is survived by his children, Norman L. Martin, Jr. (Bernadine), of Davidson, NC, and Kathy Schell (Carl), of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren, Brandon Kiff (Amanda), of Statesville, NC, Courtney Schell, of Reidsville, NC, Pamela Workman, of Gainesville, GA, Sarah Chaney (Joshua), of Statesville, NC, and Rodney Feaster, of Statesville, NC; great-grandchildren, Neveah Kiff, Braydon Kiff, Cedryk Workman, Brenyn Workman, Rhonyn Workman, Trista Hutchens, Levi Hutchens, and Gabriel Chaney; nephew, Mark Owens, of Idaho Falls; and niece, Monica (Ed) Setser, of Idaho Falls.
Norman graduated from Barboursville High School and worked as an electrician at Huntington Alloys in Huntington, WV. He was a Freemason, a member of the Grand Lodge of West Virginia. He enjoyed going bowling and painting, he also loved animals, especially Ginger, Charlotte, Luna, and Chippie.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Oakwood Cemetery, Statesville, NC, with Rev. Chip McGee officiating.
