Robert Stanley Pavelock

Born February 5, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Stanley Pavelock and Mary Machnik Pavelock.

Robert graduated high school and Brooklyn Technical School and later worked for the New York Daily News.

He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, finding great comfort and strength in his faith.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 30 years, Christina Hoops Pavelock; two sons, Robert Pavelock, Jr. and Richard Pavelock; five daughters, Lori (Dean) Prince, Kimberlee (Dean) Koehler, Jennifer (Brian) Parker, Christie Pavelock and Keri Pavelock; fifteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and his loving canine and feline companions.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.

The funeral service honoring Mr. Pavelock will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Ernest B. Sheldon officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
