He was born June 3, 1941, in Jesse, WV, and was the son of the late Arthur and Lillie B. Thompson. He was a loving husband, father and grandpa who will be missed dearly.
He left behind a host of loving family, including his wife of 49 years, Carolyn Bailey Thompson; a daughter; a son; a granddaughter; a great-grandson, and many loving brothers and sisters.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
