Russell Nelson Smith, 73, of Hamptonville passed away peacefully in his home on January 5, 2022. He is survived by his sons Aaron (Emily) and Shawn (Kristi). He has 3 wonderful grandchildren Tyler, Kayla, and Cameron. He loved to garden, fish, and was a master plumber. At his request there will be no funeral services. We love you and will miss you dearly and thanks for being a wonderful Dad, Father in law, and grandpa.
