He is survived by his loving daughter, Brandy Bowles; her husband, Joseph Bowles; and his grandchildren, Austin Rorrer, Braelynn Grace, Adalynn Bowles, and Christian Bowles. Thomas was the best father and grandfather anyone could ever ask for.
A private viewing will be held on Friday, September 7, 2023.
