Frances was born in Tacoma Park, Maryland to Muriel Gaylor and Elvin Gaylor on September 8, 1943. She went to school at Lee High, Staunton. She was married to Tommy Campbell in 2000. She was a retired dietitian.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Barbara Newlin; and niece, Terry.
Frances is survived by son, Ed Campbell of Indian Trail, NC; daughter, Dona Grisdale and husband, Johnny of Mint Hill, NC; granddaughters, Kristin Waddle of Telford, TN, Amanda Wonderley of Charlotte, NC; great-grandchildren, Barrett and Josie Waddle; sister, Beverly Berry of Lexington, KY; niece, Debbie; and nephews, Bruce and Scott.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
