He was born February 18, 1954, a son of the late Leonard Alford and Pearl Norene Shull.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two siblings Jerry Shull and Jo Ann Campbell.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Shull; son, Eric Shull and wife, Rhonda; step-son, Aaron Hinkle; brothers, J.C. Shull, Gayle Shull, and two sisters, Lettie Bea Lam and Sue Miller.
Following cremation there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staunton Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
