Thurston T Robinson

Thurston Towle Robinson passed away peacefully on June 27, 2022 at the Legacy at N. Augusta. He was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on March 4, 1926 to Marjorie Towle Robinson and Seth Getchell Robinson. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Marcia Moule Robinson; sons, Reid Thurston and Timothy Seth Robinson. Thurston was enlisted in the Air Force Cadet Program in 1944 and graduated from The University of Rhode Island in 1949 with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. He worked for 27 years at Westinghouse, 8 years for Ingersoll Rand in Nashua ,N.H. and graduated from Harvard Business School in 1958. He enjoyed the outdoors and doing carpentry work. He liked to ride his tractor and to walk the dog. He was a proud member of Rotary and attended Trinity Episcopal Church. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staunton Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
