Tracy truly was well loved by many of us. His sense of humors was contagious and smiles. His life was filled with many obstacles but nothing stopped him. Such a trooper he was and indeed will be missed terribly. Our love and for all,
~Sandie and Chris~

I was really very shocked that Tracy already had passed away last several days ago, also I remember about him when he was a little boy while I was a VSDB student. I already met him while I visited to Kansas School for the Deaf for celebrating its 150th anniversary during the big HC events, also I visited to the deaf club in Olathe, Kansas last September 2011. So he already was gone.
