She was born July 13, 1919, in Springfield, Mo., daughter of the late Maj. Gen. A. Franklin Kibler and Claire Fickle Kibler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Samuel L. Obenschain in 1990, and second husband, Earl A. Willis in 2005.
Survivors include a brother, Dr. Robert F Kibler and wife, Jane, of Atlanta, Ga.; two sons, Samuel L Obenschain and wife, Nancy, of Atlanta and R. Todd Obenschain of Staunton; two daughters, Deborah H. Obenschain of Staunton and Clayton O Griffin and husband, John, of Churchville; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Burial will be private.
